We accept credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers through our secure Stripe payment system.

To pay your invoice:

  • Click the “Pay Now” button on your invoice

  • Select your payment method

  • Submit your payment securely

Please note:

Any processing fees associated with ACH or credit card payments are included in your invoice and billed to you directly.

 

These fees are charged by the payment processor and are not retained by our practice.

You may still be able to receive partial reimbursement for services through your out-of-network benefits.

 

Upon request, we will provide a superbill—a detailed receipt containing the necessary information (including diagnostic and procedure codes) for you to submit to your insurance company. We will also provide you with treatment notes and any other information you may need to assist in obtaining reimbursement.

Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your specific insurance plan. We recommend contacting your provider in advance to understand your out-of-network benefits and any applicable requirements.

For families who prefer not to use insurance or whose plans do not cover our services, we offer a private pay option.

 

This allows for greater flexibility in the frequency, type, and duration of services provided.

 

All private pay clients will receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the anticipated costs of services, and payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We will work with you to create a plan that fits your child’s needs and your family’s budget.

We prioritize partnering with families to help them understand how insurance benefit limits may impact their child's care.
