I am a Missouri licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst specializing in providing intensive, individualized one-to-one treatment rooted in the principles of ABA to meet our clients’ needs.​

Amanda received a Masters of Science degree in psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue Global University and received her board certification in 2020. She has been working in the field since 2017 with a variety of clients ranging from 1 year old to 75 years old. She has worked in a variety of settings including group homes, public and private schools, client homes, and early intervention clinics. Amanda is passionate about trauma informed care and compassionate ABA. Her specialities in the field of ABA include providing direct care, behavior intervention strategies, environmental manipulations, functional behavior assessments, maintaining motivation, data analysis, parent training, and social skills. Amanda is knowledgeable about the co-occurring disorders associated with ASD, including intellectual disabilities, anxiety disorders, ADHD, depression, and more. 

I am a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families. I provide individualized support and evidence-based interventions that empower students to reach their full potential.Additionally I believe in the power of collaboration between families, educators, and specialists to create lasting change.

For the past 14 years, I have been deeply immersed in the early childhood development education system, dedicating my career to advocating for smarter beginnings and quality care for young children. Recently, I earned my master’s degree in Early Childhood Studies, specializing in Positive Behavior Support (Applied Behavior Analysis). As a practitioner and early childhood behavior specialist, I have spent the last three years working in a clinical/therapeutic setting and educational leadership, collaborating with the Missouri and Kansas Department of Education and the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

My primary focus is on championing early intervention, educating parents on effective parenting styles, and fostering child development. As I work toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, my goal is to continue advocating for the implementation of ABA services, ensuring that families and children receive comprehensive support in all environments that contribute to the well-being of the whole child.

I have 5 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and has spent the last year applying Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles with preschool-aged children. Additionally I also have a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Behavioral Analysis with an emphasis in Early Childhood Intervention from the University of Kansas, along with a Minor in Psychology.

Isabelle is a Registered Behavior Technician. She obtained a degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis emphasizing in Early Childhood Education as well as a minor in psychology. Throughout her college education Isabelle worked as a certified lead preschool teacher at Pyramid Place Early Education Center. During college Isabelle received one year of trained practicum experience at Edna A. Hill Child Development Center. Practicum allowed Isabelle to gain direct experience applying the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis in toddler and preschool classrooms for children with and without developmental disabilities. The experience involved collaboration with graduate students and student teachers to collect data on children’s behavior, implement individualized behavior protocols, communicate with parents, and assess the development of skill sets pertaining to a specific curriculum.

After college graduation, Isabelle served as a supervisor at the Edna A. Hill Child Development Center and floated amongst all classrooms training new employees, taking inventory of new materials, and behavior intervention with children.

Most recently Isabelle has been employed as a Registered Behavior Technician for Positive Behavior Supports Corporation. Isabelle has spent her time at PBS implementing individualized treatment plans, and assessment of skill sets for children in school and at home. She has served children aged 1.5-13 years old. Isabelle has always believed in the importance of early education and intervention for children and their families.

This is my 39th year in education! After a fulfilling career in the public school system, I am retired and transitioned into the role of an educational diagnostician, allowing her to continue my passion for helping children.

Additionally,My work as an educational diagnostician gives me the opportunity to make a positive impact on students’ lives, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive!

I have Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Sociology; and a Master’s of Liberal Arts degree with an emphasis in Sociology - all from Baker University. Additionally I have  taught , Sociology, and Humanities courses in both face-to-face and online formats.

I have 35 years of experience in the field of Special Education, Marci has served as a teacher in public,  and charter schools.
